Shipping policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery options, costs, and other helpful details about how your order will get from us to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During sale periods or new collection launches, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on the way.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carrier, Australia Post.
Shipping Option
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days $8 (Free on orders over $150)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days $12 (Free on orders over $200)
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for remote or regional areas.
Shipping to New Zealand
Shipping costs FLAT RATE of $30 (Free for orders over $250)
3. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide, excluding the Middle East region.
Shipping costs FLAT RATE of $40 (Free for orders over $400)
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@aoco.com.au
5. Pre-Orders
If your item is marked as a pre-order, the expected dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as stock becomes available. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the full order once all items are ready (unless otherwise arranged).
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible at info@aoco.com.au
- We’ll lodge an investigation with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue quickly
Please note that once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for theft or loss. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
7. Address & Shipping Errors
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
If you’ve entered the wrong address:
- Email us immediately at info@aoco.com.au
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address
- If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot redirect it
