If you’re not completely happy with your item, we’re here to help. Please read below for how returns and exchanges work at AOCO.
Return Policy
We accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size
- Damaged or faulty items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- You must include proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
What We Offer
Reason for Return: Resolution Options
Change of mind / Wrong size: Exchange or Store Credit
Faulty or damaged item: Replacement, Store Credit or Refund (as per ACL)
Please note:
For Change of Mind and Wrong Size, we offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@aoco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable service. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style?
We recommend placing a new order for the item you want, and returning the original item for store credit, which you can use immediately after we process the return.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive a Store credit via email in the form of a one-time discount code to the value of your original purchase.
- This Store credit will expire 12 months from date of issue.
- The Store credit does not include the shipping fee.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us at info@aoco.com.au within 7 days of receiving it.
- Include photos and a description of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund faulty items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Final Sale Items
Please note the following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
